Facebook deleted Alternative Media Sites from its Social Platform

On October 11, 2018, Facebook, in collusion with Twitter, removed more alternative and independent media pages from their platforms.

Quality outlets like The Free Thought Project (3 million) and Anti-Media (2 million) have now joined the list of over 150 pages that have been removed. This has been going on since early 2018.

The fact that Twitter goes along with it, means they are not doing this by some algorithm, but very selectively and certainly not independently.

Facebook has not fully commented on why these specific deletions are taking place, but news coverage in the past has pointed to their effort to stop ‘fake news’, and block accounts and outlets that are tied to Russian the never proven interference with US elections.

There is a clear indication inside this movement that it’s time for a deep maturing. Many seem to feel that money is evil or somehow corrupts everyone. At this critical time, this very belief could contribute to the downfall of this entire space.

Sites dealing with government transparency, pages dedicated to police brutality and alternative media have been targeted by Fakebook and Twatter.

The Free Thought Project shed light on corrupted entities across the planet. Its reports have covered the Monsanto row, police brutality and shootings in the USA, as well as an insight into how the American government gets personal information about any citizen.

The Anti-Media was initially launched on Facebook by blogger and entrepreneur Nick Bernabe. The group, which poses as“non-partisan” and “anti-establishment,” publishes loads of “mainstream” stories.

The website included info about the ones dealing with the UN report about a number of civilian casualties in Afghanistan, the Tesla crisis, and Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Jamal Khashoggi’s abduction and likely murder by the Saudis is a temporary disruption of the longstanding relationship between the USA/CIA and Saudi Arabia.
