A recent study performed by the Phase Research Center in Moscow looked into a possible connection between REM sleep states, lucid dreaming, and contact with space aliens.
Alien and UFO encounters (AUE’s) have been a well-known part of human culture for centuries, but we are still unsure of their nature.
Some studies suggest that in some such encounters, these phenomena could be related to dissociative REM sleep states, like lucid dreams (LD’s), sleep paralysis (SP), and out-of-body experiences (OBE’s).
The present research focuses on the hypothesis that if some of AUE’s are indeed the products of REM sleep, then they could be deliberately emulated by LD practitioners.
The researchers tasked 152 participants with attempting to lucid dream while specifically focusing on contact with aliens.
About 114 (75%) managed to do just that, and their reports of the experience included a number of similarities with what past witnesses have reported during real alien encounters.
At least one person reported speaking with aliens aboard their space craft.
Overall, 61% encountered alien-like creatures, and 28% saw UFO’s. For those who experienced the most realistic lucid dreams (around 20%), they reported intense feelings of fear and sleep paralysis.
According to the study summary, in theory, random people might spontaneously encounter AUE’s during REM sleep and confuse the events with reality.

I don’t know about Aliens but I have suffered from sleep paralysis .
In that instance our cat which lived with us for 20 years ran over the bed chasing another cat it turned round as it did so and said “hello ” , Its like a dream but part of your brain is awake but you cannot move . The shock actually fully awakened me and no I wasn’t thinking of him previously.

It all makes sense in a certain way, illegal drugs have been proven less deadly compared to the pharmaceutical ones? By a strange co-incidence today I was in a supermarket and talked to the lady employed at the checkout ,she told me she suffered from arthritis of the collar bone after an automobile accident and when she lay on the bed her cat lay on the exact spot of her injury–it did help her.

It makes human life seem infinitesimal compared to the wonder and size of the entire universe and makes you wonder as to its maker as we must be here for a purpose otherwise there is no logical reason for us existing.

Correct and they welcomed/worshiped them until human nature took over of greed/avarice/cruelty and looking down on them because they didn’t worship the European God and the American Indians realised their morals were less than the Indians themselves .
