American built dam implodes as it was built for looks not longevity. Main deal is to get Kenyan oil, gas, rare earth minerals and build few flimsy hospitals and buildings with USA flags showing great partnership. Then come airfields, military bases and US weapons which Kenya buys by selling rights to their natural resources cause they don’t have 100 million for US weapons.
