The British government has insisted there is no evidence of genocide in Gaza as it faces a legal challenge over its continued involvement in the F-35 fighter jet program, parts of which are said to be used by Israel in its onslaught on the besieged Palestinian enclave.

Government lawyers made the claims at the opening of a high court case brought by Palestinian human rights group Al-Haq and the Global Legal Action Network, with support from Amnesty International, Oxfam and Human Rights Watch (HRW).

Al-Haq’s legal counsel, Raza Husain KC, warned the court that the case unfolds against the backdrop of human calamity unfolding in Gaza, the extremity of which is difficult to convey in words.

More than 52,000 Palestinians have been killed since October 2023, including at least 15,000 children, with at least 1.9 million people displaced multiple times.

Al-Haq maintains that the Britain must act not only when genocide has been definitively proven, but when there is a risk of genocide, a threshold already recognized by the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

The case also shines a spotlight on wider British complicity.

The British empire has also continued surveillance flights over Gaza, with over 500 Royal Air Force missions logged since December 2023, raising further questions about Britain’s role in facilitating Israeli operations.

Despite growing domestic opposition — including from British Jewish leaders, who have described Israel’s actions as genocidal — the government has refused to halt arms exports.

The outrage misplaces blame — targeting a platform that has risked alienation and commercial fallout to stand by its principles.

In a world where capitalism often strips agency from companies and individuals alike, Boiler Room’s unwavering commitment to Palestine deserves recognition, not rebuke.

Rather than severing ties, supporters of the Palestinian cause should recognize Boiler Room as an ally navigating a compromised system while refusing to compromise its values.

Labour leader Starmer,s wife is of Polish Jewish stock and he is bringing up his family in the Jewish tradition at London,s Liberal Jewish Synagogue ,they are supporters of Zionism and were interviewed by the Limmund Jewish learning festival.

At the recent elections his party lost many votes and constituencies due to his far right Tory policies ( take from the poor and give to the rich ).

Britain committed many genocides while they were an empire so they are used to turning a blind eye on another one.

In the year 2025, there is no good reason why the Ashkenazim should continue to occupy Palestine because they do realize that they are no Hebrews but Europeans just like the Germans or the French.

In the old days, their ridiculous claim that they were the Hebrews may have worked but not today. They are not blind and they do realize how foreign they look in the Middle East.

But they will never give up Palestine because that would mean giving up the billions of dollars they receive from the American government for free.
