Commander of the elite Quds forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Qasem Soleimani was killed in US airstrikes on Friday morning. Sadly, the US Long-Planned execution of Soleimani lacks any legal, strategic justification.
The operation on one of the most important man in the entire Middle East was carried out after Washington accused Tehran of orchestrating a violent attack on the US Embassy in Baghdad.
Now all Americans in Iraq have been advised to leave the country immediately after the hostile assassination of the Iran top general. The UN condemned the killing of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani, claiming his murder was a violation of international law.
Israel has been put on high alert due to possible threats from Iran, and Mount Hermon (occupied Syrian Golan Heights) has been closed to visitors. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the decision on their official Twitter account.
Following the news, Israeli Defense Minister Naftali Bennett reportedly held a meeting with top security and army officials to address possible challenges after Soleimani’s assassination.
In the meantime, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has stated that the death of the Quds commander will only double the motivation for resistance against the Zionist USA regime and the Israeli dictatorship.
Soleimani was eliminated along with several senior members of Iraq’s Shia Popular Mobilisation Forces (PMF) after Tuesday’s storming of the US Embassy in Baghdad by pro-Iranian Shia protesters.
Iran helped to destroy ISIS in Syria and Iraq, something the fake media holds the USA and Israel accountable for. With Soleimani moved out of the way the Anglo Zionists hope to get better and easier access to the Middle Eastern oil reserves.
So, the head of the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Qasem Soleimani and Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis were assassinated by a missile along with 10 other people.
