Western Governments are Destroying the Planet with Chemtrails for Control and Profit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Western governments of geo-manipulation of the Earth’s environment through chemical spraying operations designed to alter the world’s climate and poison the population.

Russia’s Premier was made the statements whilst speaking at a fund-raising event and claimed that the spraying of chemicals into the Earth’s atmosphere via chem-trails is funded by corporations and sanctioned by governments.

Putin said that he was “deeply concerned” about the “uneducated risks” of altering our planet’s climate and that it posed a “monumental threat” that was “against nature” and all in the pursuit of “population control and profit”.

Putin said it does not matter if it is “the greatest threat, or the second greatest threat, or the third. What matters is that it is an assault. It is a serious assault.” These include harmful substances like aluminum oxide and thorium oxide.

“It is remarkable that the American government is still refusing to acknowledge their operations. The scientific data is there for all to see. How can people demand regulations and controls on operations if the government won’t admit these operations exist? It is insulting to people’s intelligence.“

The feeling in Russia is that Western governments and corporations are flying too close to the sun. But the problem is that they won’t be the only ones to get burnt – the earth as a whole will suffer the consequences of their actions.

As evidence emerges that geo-engineering and climate manipulation is damaging the ozone layer, the fear is that the earth will reach a crisis point and will not be able to recover. The poisoned earth, like an incurably diseased body, will be left to die.

Not long ago, NASA personnel gave a lecture (that was also streamed live) at their Jet Propulsion Laboratory at the California Institute of Technology.

It was a series of talks by scientists and engineers exploring the topic of Geo-engineering and Climate Intervention.

It’s the deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system, and one of these methods, as illustrated in the lecture, is called Solar Radiation Management (SRM) by spraying stratospheric aerosols into the atmosphere.

There is plenty of evidence to suggest that these geo-engineering techniques have already begun, and were initiated a long time ago.
