President Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela announced his country cut all relations with the USA after the regime in Washington recognized unelected opposition-controlled National Assembly’s President Juan Guaido as interim president.
Maduro made the announcement while speaking to his supporters who gathered in the Presidential Palace in the capital of Caracas to show support against the US-backed demonstrations.
Nicolas Maduro decided to break diplomatic and political relations with the imperialist government of the United States,” Maduro said and gave 72 hours for diplomats to leave the country.
Maduro stressed the USA is an “unreliable” country that has “no friends”, adding its only interest is to take Venezuela’s oil, gas, and gold. In this historic battle so no one should lower their guard.
Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama and Paraguay have followed suit with the OAS, while Bolivia and Mexico continue to recognize Maduro.
Brazilian dictator Bolsonaro and the Organization of American States recognized Guaido as Venezuela’s leader prior to his formal announcement.
Maduro also asked for “calm and sanity” but “maximum and permanent mobilization”, before what he described as an attempted coup after Guaido declared himself as interim president.
South Africa underlined Washington must refrain from interfering in the will of the Venezuelan people, asserting that the USA and its companies are only interested in exploiting the country’s oil and other resources.
Peru, Honduras, Suriname, Nicaragua, Belize and El Salvador also do not agree with the stance of the OAS and the opinion Anglo Saxon invasive swamp.
The IMF and US sanctions have destroyed Venezuela’s economy and now the Zionist empire blames it on Maduro in an failed attempt to confiscate the world’s largest oil and gold reserves.
