Turkiye has officially announced its support for South Africa’s case against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), asserting that the Occupation is committing genocide of Palestinians in its ongoing war on Gaza Strip.

The former apartheid state said its demand for the ICJ’s order is necessary in this case to protect against further, severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people.

Brazil´s President Lula Da Silva has also announced his country’s support for South Africa’s case against Israel in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) alleging genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza.

The announcement came just hours before the ICJ opens the first session of the hearing in The Hague. In the case filed last month, South Africa requested that the ICJ declare on an urgent basis that Israel is in breach of its obligations in terms of the Genocide Convention.

The Occupation regime should immediately cease all acts and measures in breach of those obligations and take a number of related actions. Brazil has joined the case as a signatory to the Genocide Convention committed to peace and justice.

The Brazilian ministry pointed out that Lula supports the South African initiative at the ICJ to order Israel to stop acts and measures that could constitute genocide and are flagrant violations of international humanitarian law.

President Lula highlighted the efforts he has made personally with several heads of state and governments to promote a ceasefire and provide essential humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians.

He also clarified Brazil’s tireless role in holding the presidency of the UN Security Council in favor of a diplomatic solution to the issue.

The Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Oncu Keceli, said that Turkiye welcomes the South African case and expects that the Court will issue an interim injunction ordering Israel to stop its attacks on Gaza – an implementation which Ankara would be following.

The Brazilian confederation claimed that Israel is simply defending itself from a genocidal enemy and repeated the Zionist lie that the Palestinians have a genocidal desire to exterminate Israel and the Jews.

It also claimed that, in this terrible war, Israeli forces take precautions that no other army has taken to preserve the civilian population. The Apartheid state is, by definition, the aggressor in this situation.

In this terrible war, Israeli forces take precautions that no other army has taken to preserve the civilian population. And this is the reason that they have been kicked out dozens of times, this is the reason why the European countries were shopping around for a place to remove them to, this is the reason why the European Jews were inserted on Palestinian land in order to get rid of them. It was a crime to deny the Palestinians to have their own independence like Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon. The European Jews whose DNA has been confirmed to be 100%… Read more »

Deuteronomy 19:15 – “One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.”

Nice. With the Turkish and Brazilian support we should expect more nations to follow international justice regulations.
