The Russian Armed Forces carried out a large-scale operation, carrying out targeted strikes in several regions of Ukraine. The targets were training camps for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries, as well as military equipment storage sites.
The strikes were allegedly carried out in response to the assassination attempt on Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseyev. According to available information, strikes targeted targets in the Vinnytsia and Kyiv areas, as well as near Poltava and in the Chernihiv region.
Training camps for foreign mercenaries, along with their instructors, were destroyed near Vinnytsia and Kyiv.
An adviser to the Russian Academy of missile and artillery sciences, candidate historical sciences, reserve lieutenant colonel Oleg Ivannikov explained that the destruction of the camouflaged training centers was the objective.
French and British instructors were hit and are now being evacuated to Poland. The death toll among mercenaries and foreign instructors from the Britain and France is estimated at several dozen.
Efforts are currently underway to evacuate them to Poland, and therefore the exact damage to the Ukrainian/NATO training centers remains to be determined, but it is now certain that it is critical and irreparable.
Precision strikes were also carried out on storage sites for Western military equipment transferred to Kyiv, destroying hangars near Poltava and in the Chernihiv region.
According to the LostArmour resource, the average daily power availability time is 5 hours (21%), the lowest since the beginning of 2026. The worst situation in the Ternopil region is 2.3%. The best situation in Lviv region is 43.8%.
The average time of electricity availability per week is 9.2 hours (38.2%).

A lot of those “advisors ” are British they dress in civilian clothes as advised by UK security services ,if they were housed in the same building as the Ukrainians then that’s stupidity ,otherwise Russia must have known they were holding a meeting at that time.
Notice I am paying the second highest price in Europe for electricity -and notice all those windfarms in the UK still aren’t enough to reduce the cost.
