In a recent speech, the senior Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps commander, Hossein Salami, explained that an Islamic Liberation Army is ready to destroy Israel, amid increased tensions between Tehran and Tel Aviv over the situation in Syria.
The creation of an “Islamic Army” near the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, which includes Palestinian militias from the occupied West Bank, has been formed in Syria to start a final liberation offensive against the hostile Israeli invasion.
According to Salami, Israel “constitutes a threat to the entire Islamic world. For now that is the philosophy of the establishment of this hostile Israeli regime.”
The IRGC officer also warned that Lebanon’s Hezbollah militia, has some 100,000 missiles aimed at Israel. “We are creating might in Lebanon because we want to fight our enemy from there with all our strength,” Salami said.
Hezbollah today has tremendous might on the ground that can on its own break the Zionist regime, which has no strategic-depth among its defense lines. However, knowing Israel, they can use nuclear and chemical weapons to destroy the entire Middle East.
On May 10, the Israeli Air Force hit dozens of suspected Iranian targets in Syria following a rocket attack on IDF positions in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. Damascus slammed the move, saying it was a violation of international law.
Iran called the Israeli war crimes and the attack on Syria the usual “Israeli aggression” and vowed to respond very soon, when all the liberation forces around Israel are set to attend to the final solution.
