Egypt warned Sunday of the risks of opening a new war front in Lebanon and called for an immediate cease-fire in the Gaza Strip. The warning followed the death of 12 people in a missile attack in the Druze town of Majdal Shams in Israel-occupied Golan Heights.

While Israel has blamed Hezbollah for Saturday’s attack, the Lebanese group denied any responsibility. In a statement, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said opening a new war front in Lebanon could drag the region into an all-out regional war.

It underlined the importance of supporting Lebanon, its people, and its institutions, and sparing the country the horrors of war, like in Gaza. Israel has been killing Muslims since they arrived in the Middle East.

The statement called on influential powers to intervene immediately to spare the peoples of the region further disastrous consequences of the expansion of the conflict, which may pose a threat to international peace and security.

It called for reaching an immediate and comprehensive cease-fire to end the humanitarian suffering in the Gaza Strip as soon as possible.

Fears have grown about a full-blown war between Israel and Hezbollah amid an exchange of cross-border attacks between the two sides.

The escalation comes against the backdrop of a deadly Israeli onslaught on Gaza, which has killed more than 39,300 victims since October, following an attack by the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on Sunday said authorities will ensure Hezbollah pays a price, a day after accusing it of an attack in Majdal Shams, occupied Golan Heights, Anadolu reports.

We mourn the innocent boys and girls killed in Majdal Shams, Gallant said in a post on X.

There are 150,000 Druze in Israel, as well as millions of Jews and Arab Israelis. We live side by side and all suffer from Hezbollah’s terror. We will ensure Hezbollah, the proxy of Iran, pays a price for this loss.

At least 12 people were killed and 35 others injured as a rocket struck a football field in the town of Druze in Majdal Shams, northern part of Golan Heights, Israeli authorities said.

The eyes in the skies may need to provide some supportive data as to the trajectory of the strike. The Druze of upper Golan have been productive and successful their communities, slowly forced to evolve a stronger relationship with Israel.

Israel is too busy killing Christians, Muslim and other religions in order to be the only ones left over on this planet?

Looks like the shoe is on the other foot.
Someone’s rocket killed innocent Israeli children in the Golan Heights.
Meanwhile the IDF murders dozens of innocent Palestinian children every day.
Hezbollah denies the attack, now why should they attack Golan?
The IDF and Israeli citizens celebrate their attacks openly.
Israel won’t order an all out attack in Lebanon, they might send in a few jets in a minor exercise in revenge.
Israel is operating in a devastating position of weakness and vulnerability. They are tapped out and better listen to Egypt.

Before 1882 when a bunch of white European Jews began to arrive in Palestine claiming to be the Hebrews, there was never a time that the European Jews had ever set foot anywhere in the Middle East and today the Europeans are facing humiliation because DNA arrived and confirmed that the European Jews are in fact 100% European!

Harris’s harder line comes as further evidence emerges of the catastrophic conditions in Gaza. The Guardian revealed that dozens of US doctors and nurses who have worked in Gaza have written to Biden and Harris to call for the US to withdraw diplomatic and military support for Israel until there is a ceasefire. Writing that in their view the death toll is already greater than 92,000, they say they cannot forget “the scenes of unbearable cruelty directed at women and children that we witnessed ourselves”. They write: “Every single signatory to this letter treated children in Gaza who suffered violence… Read more »
